Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to explain or defend yourself — a place to feel seen, understood, and more like yourself.

How sessions work

Format: Individual therapy for adults only. I do not offer couples or group therapy.

Location: Fully virtual for clients in Florida or Pennsylvania.

Frequency: Most clients begin weekly, and some shift to every other week over time depending on their needs.

My Approach: My style is grounded, relational, and insight-oriented. I draw from ACT, CBT, and my background in music therapy to help you access what words alone don't always reach.

Fees

  • 50-minute individual sessions are $195.

  • This is a private-pay practice.

  • Florida clients: Insurance is not billed directly, but you can submit superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Pennsylvania clients: I accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and United Healthcare.

  • Sliding scale: I keep a limited number of reduced-fee spots for clients facing financial barriers — mention it during your free consultation if it applies to you.
