How sessions work
Format: Individual therapy for adults; I do not offer couples or group therapy.
Location: Fully virtual for clients located in Florida or Pennsylvania.
Frequency: Most clients begin weekly, and some shift to every other week over time depending on their needs.
Approach: My style is grounded, relational, and insight-oriented. I draw primarily from ACT and CBT, and my background in music therapy shapes how I listen and help people access what words alone don't always reach.
Fees
Florida clients 50-minute individual therapy sessions are $175. This is a private-pay practice in Florida, and insurance is not billed directly. If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be able to submit receipts for possible partial reimbursement.
Pennsylvania clients I accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and United Healthcare in Pennsylvania. For clients who prefer not to use insurance, 50-minute private-pay sessions are $175.
Sliding scale I keep a limited number of reduced-fee spots for clients facing financial barriers. If this might apply to you, please mention it during our free consultation.
